Spotted a wrong figure, have a question about how we compare apps, or want to know what data we hold? Here is how to reach us, and where to go for things only an operator can sort out.
How to reach us
E-mail is the quickest way: [email protected]. There is no contact form, so nothing you send passes through this website.
Post: Dave Wilkinson, St Peter's Ave, Cleethorpes, South Humberside, DN35 8HQ, United Kingdom.
Telephone: 01472 692082.
Every message is read. Please put the page address in your e-mail if it concerns a particular page, as it makes the reply quicker. A link to the operator page you are quoting is usually more useful than a screenshot, because we can open it and see what it says today.
If your message is about one operator, name it in the subject line. With ten operators on the list and several pages each, that small step saves a round of questions.
What we can help with
Wrong or out-of-date figures, questions about how the comparisons are made, requests about your personal data, and anything on the site that reads as pressure to gamble.
A wrong figure. Tell us the page and the figure, and if you can, link to the operator page that shows the correct value. We check it against the operator's own terms and correct it if needed; the method page explains how.
Your data. Requests to see, correct or delete personal data are handled as set out in the privacy policy. We may ask you to confirm who you are first.
Operators. If you run one of the operators we list and a figure about you is wrong, the same address applies. Please send the source, not just the correction.
What we cannot do
We cannot look into your casino account, a bonus, a blocked payment or a withdrawal. Only the operator can see those, and only the operator can fix them.
Start with the operator's own complaints process. Every operator licensed by the Gambling Commission must have one, and if a complaint is not resolved within eight weeks you can take it to the independent dispute resolution provider the operator names, free of charge. The Gambling Commission's website explains the steps.
If you need help with gambling
Please do not wait for an e-mail reply. The National Gambling Helpline is free, confidential and open around the clock: 0808 8020 133 in England and Scotland, 0808 2819 265 in Wales.
Further support is listed on our responsible gambling page and at GambleAware. To block every licensed gambling account at once, register with GAMSTOP.
