Privacy Policy
What personal data this site handles, why, how long it is kept and how to use your rights. In short: no accounts, no analytics, no tracking, and a cookie choice that never leaves your browser.
Who is responsible for your data
This policy explains what personal data blackjackapps.co.uk handles, why, and what rights you have under the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.
The data controller is Dave Wilkinson, a private individual, at St Peter's Ave, Cleethorpes, South Humberside, DN35 8HQ, United Kingdom. You can reach the controller by e-mail at [email protected] or by phone on 01472 692082.
The site does not offer accounts, newsletters, comments or forms. It shows information about blackjack apps and links to the operators that run them. That keeps the personal data involved small, and this policy describes all of it.
What is collected, and why
Three things at most: the cookie choice you make, stored only in your own browser; the standard records our web server keeps of each request; and anything you choose to send us by e-mail.
Your cookie choice. When you accept or decline non-essential cookies, the choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the notice does not appear on every page. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings or change it through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
Server logs. Like almost every website, the server that delivers these pages records each request: your IP address, the date and time, the page or file requested, the page you came from and the browser and device type your browser reports. These records are used to keep the site running and secure, for example to find errors and block abusive traffic. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR). The records are kept only as long as needed for those purposes and are then deleted. Our hosting provider processes them on our behalf.
E-mails. If you write to us, we use your e-mail address and what you send to reply and, where you report a wrong figure, to check it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering you. We keep the correspondence as long as the matter is open and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it.
Cookies and analytics
Non-essential cookies are never set unless you accept them, and at present the site uses none at all. There is no analytics script, no advertising tracker and no social media plug-in on these pages.
Fonts and scripts are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not send your IP address to a font or script provider. If we ever add analytics, it will only run after you accept non-essential cookies in the notice, and this policy will be updated first to name the tool and what it records. Declining, or ignoring the notice, means nothing non-essential runs.
Links to operators
Links to casino operators go through a short redirect on this site, under addresses starting with /go/. The redirect is logged like any other request and then sends your browser to the operator.
Once you arrive on an operator's website or app, that operator is responsible for what it collects, including any cookies it sets to record that you came from this site. Its own privacy policy applies. We are paid a commission when someone registers after following one of these links, but we do not receive your name, contact details or account information from the operator.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable form.
To use any of these rights, write to [email protected] or to the postal address above. We may ask you to confirm who you are before acting on a request. Because we hold so little, a request about server logs may only be answerable with the time and the IP address you used.
If you are unhappy with how your data has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK regulator for data protection, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. The ICO recommends raising the concern with us first, so that we have a chance to put it right.
Age and changes to this policy
The site is for adults aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly handle data about anyone younger.
When this policy changes, the new version replaces this page and the date below moves with it. This version applies from 16 October 2026.
